Description

More homeless have set up tents along the tunnel. They even have a car parked on the side of the railroad tracks. This is unsafe. More trash has accumulated on Russet Street from 105th Ave to Moorpark Street. This is a health crisis. The mobile home owners at the end of Moorpark are dangerous and disgusting. This community needs help and action from the City. The quality of life is low. Enough! It is dangerous over there.
