Vacant House Jersey City, New Jersey - The Waterfront
The house located at 397 Woodlawn Ave has been vacant for years. I think someone purchased it and started doing demolishing on the house. IT IS A DISGRACE THAT THE HOUSE IS LEFT THE WAY IT IS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE SOON. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE LABOR DAY. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT RRC COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. I NOW RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK THAT HOUSING DEPARTMENT HAS CLOSED ON THIS COMPLAINT. THE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE COVERED WITH NETTING AND THE DEBRIS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT. THE NEIGHBORHOOD LOOKS HORRIBLE. IF SOMEONE OWNS THE HOUSE AND CONTRACTORS ARE WORKING ON IT. I HAVE SEEN NOONE THERE IN 2 WEEKS, WHY CAN'T THE CITY ENFORCE THE OWNER TO HAVE THE CONTRACTOR PUT NETTING OF SOME SORT TO COVER THIS MESS. IN OTHER AREAS OF JC THIS IS DONE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, PLEASE

130 West Side Avenue Jersey City, New Jersey - Greenville
130 West Side Ave has been vacant for a few years now. Mail is being delivered and people are opening the mail and stuffing it back in the box on the door. around the corner on Armstrong and West Side Ave weeds are growing across the sidewalk you cannot even walk by. between the building and garages there are loads of garbage bags and debris. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SITUATION. IT LOOKS LIKE A GARBAGE DUMP. NEIGHBORS HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING AND SAID THEY CALLED RRC AS I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THE VACANT BUILDING. PLEASE, RRC HELP.
