Summons issued to owner.

I cannot believe we are receiving the issue is closed regarding 130 West Side Avenue - A summons has been issued to the owner. THE CITY NEEDS TO DO BETTER... THIS IS A DISGRACE. THE BAR ON THIS CORNER HAS BEEN EMPTY FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. THERE IS A LOAD OF GARBAGE ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND GARAGES. PEOPLE CANNOT WALK UP THE BLOCK BECAUSE OF THE WEEDS COVERING THE SIDEWALK!! AND A SUMMONS HAS BEEN ISSUED TO THE OWNER. WHAT GOOD WILL THAT DO?? CLEARLY THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE!! IT'S A VERY SAD DAY WHEN THE CITY WILL ALLOW THIS AREA TO LOOK THE WAY IT DOES. THE CHILDREN IN THIS AREA DO NOT NEED TO SEE SUCH TRASH AND SLUMS... THIS IS HOW CHILDREN BEGIN TO FEEL IF NO ONE CARES WHY SHOULD THEY. CRIME BEGINS. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SEND SOMEONE DOWN TO PICK UP THE TRASH!!
