    There is a big pothole at this intersection where you can get on and off 787. This is where Broadway and Madison intersect. People have to swerve so far around the pothole to avoid it that the intersection traffic flow gets disturbed. Is there any way this could get patched until the weather warms up and it can get replaced?

    There are very deep potholes on this road coming off of 787. It would be dangerous to swerve to avoid them all but I am worried I am going to damage my tires every time I am force to drive over one. One of the potholes has rebar in it which doesn’t seem safe to drive over. Can these holes be patched until the weather warms up and the road can be replaced?

    Seems like Lionheart thinks this lot belongs to them It belongs to the city, the city takes care of it, and the City of Albany rents the lot to others for events Lionhart has put permanent fire pits, artificial turf, iron barricades of fencing to stop anyone to use huge parts of the land and won't let renters of the lot use that area. This does not seem to adhere with agreements of renting the lot, leaving the rental property not be what's agreed upon.
    Owner of Lionheart says no one owns the lot and he can use it without anyone's permission This has caused a lot of problems for renters of the park for markets, festivals etc. Can this situation be clarified so Lionheart stays within his own property ?....

    At what point is Albany going to stop letting dirt bikes and motorcycles break the law? This motorcycle has been parked here for well over a year. The police have already confirmed this is illegal. This is a street vehicle only and they need to pay parking permit and park on the street like everyone else. Why is parking allowing them to circumvent the parking permit system and park for free and illegally? They also drive on the sidewalk as do all the other motorcycles, dirt bikes, and ATVs being allowed to park illegally in the city of Albany. There's no concern for a high-speed chase when nobody's even on the vehicle. Can't Albany even hold people accountable then?

    Garbage pickup on Ormond St in Albany has been very noisy; last week the truck's breaks sounded like a horn beeping at each house it stopped at in the lovely wee hours of dawn. And this week, for at least the 2nd or 3rd week in a row, the garbage bin has not been fully emptied, the material is not stuck, but it remains in the can. This week the can was centered just outside of our driveway and actually blocking one lane of the road. This is sloppy and dangerous. I understand its likely not a fun job, but I think we can do better as a community to make sure wild animals do not come looking for leftovers and commuters do not have to swerve in the streets because someone couldn't put a bin back on private property vs a public street. There have been many times that, perhaps weather related, these bins (not ours, but neighbor's) are simply rolling around in the street mid day. We would appreciate if someone could look into this and just try a little harder to be courteous of the community.
