Description
Garbage pick up is Monday. Every Tuesday for the last several weeks this address has been putting loose trash out that flies all over the neighborhood. Address is 2823 st. Croix ave, Clearwater. I have to pick up flying trash daily. He's been verbally abusive so I can't approach him about it. Please help. We have a nice neighborhood.
