Yes, this happened last month when we went to the compost facility. One truck in front of us got stuck trying to make room for the incoming cars. The big issue on that road is that hikers park their cars on both sides of the road, and congestion happens with cars loaded with compost and people wandering around, between cars. This is dangerous and inconvenient. The city should put the new signs for parking all along the road, create space for parking, there is plenty of possibilities.
