Description

3rd and Madison is a Main Street that is filled with huge recycling trucks, cyclists, pedestrians toting shopping carts for the recycling center. Everyday there are almost accidents of drivers accidentally going down Madison's One Way, drivers trying to go around blind spots and pedestrians almost being hit. A cyclist WAS hit in the last 6 months. There is a need for a clearly marked 4 way stop WITH visible crosswalks. Requests have gone into the city if Oakland with no response. Thank you!
