Please note that the water has become a concern for adjacent property owners. The adjacent property or land owner is actually not dedicated to an HOA, it is actually owned by Howard County as well. The intention of submitting the issue is to have it looked at and see if there is a way for the County to do anything that can help with creating positive drainage from this location to help prevent so much water from accumulating and remaining.

Water accumulation appears to be getting worse, even without rainfall to contribute to it. A lot of water, perhaps a water leak nearby.

Is there any status in this issue. There is constant water discharge from a home sump pump in row if homes that is contributing to the pool of water. Not a lot of rain lately to contribute to the water table and trigger sump pump to run and discharge water all the time. There may possibly be a water supply line leak contributing to the presence of water.
