The snow pile between this property (on Ludlam St) and 212 Ludlam street has not been cleared since it started snowing in December. The sidewalk in question is just past the garage on this property but, according to the fences separating this property from the next, falls squarely within the property lines of 4 Cumberland Road. Property owner only shovels from garage to front door, leaving this pile of snow that requires pedestrians to walk in the very busy, very narrow street. The pile has literally been there since 2013.
