Description
I have a storm drain that runs through my front yard. When it rains heavily water shoots out of a hole in the pipe and ejects dirt and rocks into my yard. It seems the hole has gotten progressively worse over time. It may be due to a tree’s root system that is right next to the pipe or it could just be prior damage from rocks or boulders and the hole has expanded gradually. See attached pics. When it rains heavily, water shoots about 4 feet high out of the hole. Please advise. Thanks!
