Thank you for reporting your concern. The best contact for Construction Inspection Division is at 410-313-1880; unfortunately, they do not utilize Tell HoCo to my knowledge. They have been notified of the concern. This issue has been addressed and will be closed in Tell HoCo. If you require more information, please contact the Howard County Bureau of Utilities at 410-313-4900 or the Construction Inspection Division directly at 410-313-1880 and ask to speak to the inspector in charge of the underground utility project.
