No Parking 7 pm - 7 am signs are posted around the widening at the end of the road. Illegal parking should be reported to the police. Parking in the roadway is illegal and can be towed by police. Parking off the roadway is trespassing and can be towed. No need to sign.

Howard county police have told me that they can not ticket people who park on the shoulder unless there are no parking signs. That is why I asked for no parking signs.
