That is what she told me back in January when it was flooding my yard. She has since added new dirt to keep it out of my yard but is still dumping waste onto the ground five feet from my well which is for emergency drinking water. I have added a picture from January showing my side yard flooded.

Smell is so bad. My quality of life inside my own home is being affected. 5-20-2020
