Q. Please describe the disrepair.
A. Person living here is building on to the home , the owner of the property is deceased so doing everything with out pulling permits , put up multiple sheds that are not in compliance . The outside carport has been turned into a garage with out being able to obtain a permit . The home is a "mobile home" but they've basically half way converted a good portion of the property into a foundation that's not on the mobile home . Electrical is ran with out permits and is a huge fire hazard half of the home is ran from a kitchen breaker and needs to be further inspected . The guys pretty much just taking the property over with out any documentation and completely redoing the property under the radar and this should be addressed properly .
