R. Unit 1 of Mainlands illegally installed stop signs on Bob Barricade barriers on the main thoroughfare. Their excuse is that a pedestrian was hit there. However, the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk. Stop signs should not be installed. Crosswalks and crosswalk signs should be installed. The stop sign is too close to the exit of Mainlands, and the light at Mainland Boulevard and US Highway 19.
