    Due to all of the construction vehicles that have been going down Manchester Street from SE Lincoln Circle, Manchester (South of SE Lincoln Circle) is riddled with potholes. These potholes need to be repaired before they do damage to someone's vehicle. In all honesty, the entire road needs to be repaved.

    There are SEVERAL potholes on Manchester Street North, that need to be filled. In all actuality, Manchester and SE Lincoln Circle need to be completely repaved!

    The current potholes are just south of the intersection of SE Lincoln Circle and Manchester Street. The are located in front of the corner duplex.

    Major pot holes in the intersection of SE Lincoln Cir North & Manchester Street North. The potholes are in the middle of the intersection, and carry on down south on Manchester.

    Since the Venetian Mobile Home Park is being torn down, residents have left and there are a quite a few cats (ages 1 years and older) that were left behind. These cats are now searching for food and are becoming a nuisance to the residents on Manchester Street and the surrounding Edgemoor neighborhood. Coyotes are making their way into the neighborhood, and these cats lives are at risk. They need to be trapped, fixed and adopted out. The colony of cats can be located around the Maintenance building on Greenville. The only access to this building is off of 4th Street North, as the park is now surrounded by a fence.

    A pothole has opened up, right in the middle of SE Lincoln Circle and Manchester Street North. The hole is in the middle of the intersection (more or less).

    After the hurricane, the bottle brush pines shed a ton of needles and pine cones all in the street. The street needs to be swept as it poses a danger to run off into the sewers and clog them.

    On the corner of SW Lincoln Circle & 4th Street North, there is a stop sign that is bent and leaning in towards the street. This is damage from the hurricane. The sign post has been compromised and is bent at the bottom of the sign.

    Every weekday morning between 7:00am and 8:30am, Orange Blossom has delivery trucks that take up the entire right lane of 4th Street. These trucks block off the entire lane from the corner of 2nd Avenue North to the alley. It is dangerous and illegal to block an entire lane of traffic. Especially since that is NOT a loading zone. You can't even get down the alley because they use their vans and trucks to block access.

    The residents are at it AGAIN!!! Now, there is an old refrigerator sitting on top of a sewer drain. It is NOT laying down, but standing up. A good gust of wind will knock it over and into the street. These are the TRASHIEST PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD and CODES NEEDS TO KEEP A CONSTANT WATCH ON THEM!

    It appears that the sign for National Fidelity Title was hit by a car. The metal post of the sign has not been repaired and is ripped apart. Being that this is so close to the sidewalk, and the road, it poses a safety issue, as the stability of the sign is questionable.

    On May 14, 2017, the resident of this home was cooking out on a grill during the burn ban. The flames grew high and less than 10 feet from the neighbor's adjacent home. He also left the flame unattended for several minutes. When he finally extinguished the flames, the smoke went into the surrounding neighbors' air conditioning units and into their homes. Most of these neighbors are elderly with breathing issues. The yard he was grilling in, was not even his. It is the neighbor's side yard. There is now a scorch mark on the grass due to the grilling.

    The large tree behind the property (on an apartment complex property) is rotting and large branches are falling off. This tree needs to be cut back as the branches are overhanging an adjacent property's roof. This is dangerous and the apartment complex does not maintain the tree!

    There is a white car sitting on the property that does not work. It has been there for almost 2 weeks. It has an orange sticker (like that given to vehicles that are left overnight on the interstate) on the back window.

    There are two (2) potholes on this street, near recent patches. They are on the side of the street heading south, just off of the corner of SE Lincoln Circle and Manchester Street.

    There are a couple of mattresses that are sitting on the property along side of a wood fence. The mattresses are sitting in an "alley", but can be seen from the road.
