I’m part of the group partnering with the City of Oakland (“Adopt a Spot”) to take care of the SANG native plant garden which is a “nature strip” between Powell and Stanford Avenues between Vallejo St and Fremont Street. It is legally in the City of Oakland.
I’m expressing concern that for some months a caravan without an attached car has been left permanently next to the SANG native garden and the owner has been using the garden as an extension to put furniture and other items.
This little caravan has been parked for at least a month in the little lane behind the Dentist building on 1249 Powell Street.
