Description
Corner of Franklin Street and Harvard Street water main is leading underground and bubbling up through crack in pavement. This has been going on for over a year. You can see the wet spot on the pavement by the blue house. When you get close to it you can see water bubbling up through crack and running down hill. There is also a huge ice problem when the temperatures support freezing causing traction issues. Our water pressure on Garland street has steadily been declining and I am guessing that this water main leak might be related to loss of pressure up the hill.

You can’t see much in the pic bc it was dark, but this is looking on the Franklin/Harvard corner looking up Franklin, across the intersection, and then down Franklin. The white gleam you see in all three areas is ice catching the light. This needs attention.
