Yes that place opens at night time and i always thought that was so weird.....

There you go if a business opens at night only something is not right that business is not a nigh club or lounge.

Many times at night they have car parts and vehicles obstructing the sidewalks.

As of now there is a car fender and exhaust muffler on the sidewalk let’s see how the City performs with the tools we are giving.

This kind of business needs to be move somewhere else. Special the kind of work they do (body work, paint , mechanical) sometime Smell from the paint job spread along the street to the block. It’s dangerous for public and neighbours. Also they block the sidewalk with cars which makes unsafe for pedestrians to pass specially kids.
Additionally they are making a club house or some sort bar on the 2nd floor. This even going to be worst specially at night it’s going to be wild. City official please look into to this ASAP before anything worst happen.
We live in the area and we deserve better quality life for us and for our future generation.

We can also call NJ DEP to report the paint job without a spray booth then it will be a huge fine.

Blocking the sidewalk forcing pedestrians to walk on the street also Police Department has to take some responsibility since they drive by can’t just play to be blind.Photo was taken around 7:20 pm

This is a Zoning- FireDepartment-DPW-Policing matter... not Housing
The Hours of operation fall under the Zoning approval
The Painting would also fall under Zoning and Fire prevention
The obstruction on the sidewalk belongs to DPW and or Police to write those summonses

What else can the City do? The City is starving for money.

A letter has been sent to the owner and an inspection will take place for the painting and hours of operation.
