The city manager of Alameda is ignoring messages from concerned citizens about a variety of very serious problems, including but not limited to: APD dispatchers hanging up on callers, large-scale misconduct and public corruption by the police chief and several senior APD staff, felony offenses being committed by my neighbors such as them breaking into my mailbox and stealing my mail (a felony offense and a federal crime), etc.
I have transcripts proving that I've emailed the Alameda city manager's office multiple times about these issues and most of my messages were ignored and never acknowledged.
The city or a federal oversight committee needs to investigate the Alameda city manager for their ongoing, intentional ignoring of citizens and ongoing, intentional allowance of large-scale public corruption in Alameda.
No other city in America tolerates this sort of behavior. What APD dispatchers are doing, for example, got another dispatcher in another state recently fired and charged with criminal charges. For some reason our city manager has no problem with APD dispatchers hanging up on Alamedans who call the police to report a crime in progress.
This is a VERY serious problem, and may require FBI intervention due to how thick and deep the corruption runs in our city government.

A few days after I resubmitted my request under the correct category a corrupt city official, as if on a quest to prove my allegations true, went in and nonsensically censored the entire post. They completely wiped out the text body of the entire request, despite not even being close to even remotely violating the terms of service. That is the extreme lengths they'll go to suppress dissent on this site. They dont want the world knowing the truth about what scu.m they all are.

December 2nd, 2019. No change. City manager is still ignoring my emails about the problem as the problem continues and grows worse.
APD hijacked and fake-closed some more of my requests this morning. They fake-closed my request from 9 months ago documenting the ongoing harassment and abuse by my criminal, degenerate neighbors at 2614 Central Ave here:

As you can see, they've replaced the original body of my request with the text "content blocked by rejections" and they closed and archived the request so I can no longer comment on it or reopen it. This was an attempt to stop me from publicly documenting the ongoing criminal activities of my neighbors, their neverending harassment of me and my girlfriend, and the fact that APD are knowingly and willingly letting them get away with it. They just don't want people in Alameda to know the truth.
I am sure this is not the last of their shady behavior. There will be more incidents and I'll be sure to document them here (assuming they don't fake-close and censor this post too, I won't be surprised if they do)
Anyway just wanted to post this update here to let everybody know that nothing has been done about this problem. much like most of the other problems we report on this site!
