Description

There is an entire homeless encampment on 5th st. between Mandela and Kirkham. This encampment has grown significantly and is now blocking nearly and entire lane of traffic posing a danger to drivers and pedestrians. There is also a significant amount of trash, some of which is most likely hazardous.
