This is the same BS you go through each time. It gets passed around until it's lost or forgotten. Why can't someone answer the question and not pass it on??? Maybe the Mayor should read this and find out!!!!!

when the church makes the repairs that are required

When will that be? What's the timetable?

It has been three years!!!!! When does the city demand the repairs???? You can't possible give such a simple minded reply. There has to be some type of time limit for the scaffolding. It's just as unsafe and it gets terribly dirty. It also takes up half the sidewalk. So to give that type of reply is unreasonable. Maybe this could be sent to the Mayor's office or the City Council to first answer the initial request and then to address the response.

the scaffolding was installed as part of a safety measure due to masonry coming off the building to protect you the citizen walking by. as part of this measure notices were sent to the church to effect repairs which was not accomplished by not complying with the orders the matter has been moved to the court system to begin the process of effecting repairs and the scaffolding will stay till that is accomplished.

Lighting is provided and the site is clear.

This matter is in the Municipal court. Thank You
