Faulkner Ridge Rd is included in Phase 2 of Project W8322 Wilde Lake Water Main Rehabilitation, which involves underground utility work in or near the roadway. Resurfacing is planned once this project is complete. For information on W8322, please contact the Bureau of Engineering at 410-313-2414.

Thanks for the responce. What is the time frame for this to happen? Thinging to sell my house and would perfer a smooth rode than not. Thanks again.

Now that the water main project appears to be substantially complete, we begin the roadway repair process: concrete repair work & ramp upgrades are scheduled to begin in the Green Mountain Circle/Faulkner Ridge neighborhoods next week, though the weather this week may cause minor delays. We expect these repairs to take about a month.

Resurfacing will take place either in late summer or early fall 2022, assuming that the water main project has in fact been 100% completed and the resurfacing and prerequisite concrete programs are funded in FY23.

Roadwork is complete.
