it would be great if the Public Works Agency gave more information when they state an issue is closed. Obviously it's been reopened since the piece of furniture is still there! Thanks for reopening this issue.
I agree. My guess is that because the couch is on private property and not on the sidewalk it then was referred to code enforcement, but that could be stated, as the PWA often does.
