    Private property has a lot of overgrown weeds that are spilling onto public walkways. The weeds also collect trash and there is currently an abandoned stereo on the Park Blvd side.

    This section of Park Blvd has repeated problems with vehicles parking in red zones adjacent to driveways. These red zones are poorly marked with faded paint and no signs. There is also no parking enforcement along this street below 580. Please make the red zones more visible and enforce the rules for the safety of the residents needing to enter and exit drives on Park Blvd.

    (Funny that there seems to be plenty of enforcement along the wealthier section above 580...hmm.)

    4th Avenue At E. 10th Street Oakland, California - Oakland

    There are several gigantic potholes/trenches at this intersection because of the construction. Some of these are up to a foot deep. They are not marked by either sign or bright spray paint around them to make them noticable. This is a mechanical hazard for vehicles and a major safety hazard for bicycles.

    It also makes it hard to pull out from 4th onto 10th safely as you have to go so slow through the section that you risk being hit or having to wait several minutes for the traffic to completely clear to proceed.
