Once beautiful home (to half a dozen people) suffered a fire a year ago. While the damage was substantial, it was repairable.

The top two floors have now been open to the elements for almost a year, and is likely salvageable only with much work. A small repair a year ago could have preserved this home for future repairs, but the absentee landlord has been unwilling to do this.

looks like Bank of America foreclosed on this.....not sure who is actually managing now.

This once beautiful 100 year old house has now been torn down, thanks to absentee landlords, illegal subdivisions for unregulated section 8 housing, lack of insurence, and bank taking 2 years to fix a hole in the roof.
