  Please note- the man inhabiting this encampment has shown to be hostile towards neighbors and residents of this house. He has exposed his penis to our roommate and their friend (both femme) and has catcalled and used threatening language to 2 of the 4 members of this house and their friends. He also is burning things inside of his shelter. We are very concerned about this last piece because our house has suffered fire damage in the past from the exact same situation (you can see charred wooden supports in the background of this photo). The man in question is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, white with blond/brown dreads down to his ears/shoulders. His first name is Jeff. He is a hoarder and is in possession of most of the trash and items littering both sides of the street. There are 2 others living close to/south of his encampment- both African American- who have posed zero threat or hassle whatsoever and we would like to request that you concentrate your efforts on removing Jeff only as he is the only one who has made all of us feel that our safety is in danger.

  I highly recommend Saber Red red pepper defense spray with the long lasting blue dye. Highly effective when applied to the genitals. Whole new meaning to blue balls. They need to get these mentally ill self medicating zomb!es off our streets. All this enabling and pandering needs to stop.

  Update- the guy in question has now spread out to both sides of the street and is blocking all pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. Anyone walking past must walk out into the literal middle of the street to get past and 2 way traffic is tight because his stuff has extended into multiple parking spots and lanes. There are also multiple trailers with various kitchen appliances etc. left on the side of the street.
