Verizon has not responded yet, it is Saturday and 2nd day without phone service.

Wire tide up to pole number A71086 JC in front of 7 Pierce Avenue. I traced back and it appears to be going directly on the Verizon box in my property, this is why is the 2nd day without phone service. No dial tone. I left my private contact information, they will need to get into my property and I am a working person. But no phone to schedule and appointment. I left my email information. Property Affected 9 Pierce Avenue.

Verizon only responded because I managed to get my cell phone back up and contacted IDT via phone: my phone service provider and I persuaded/forced tech to give me emergency/ priority escalation when contacting Verizon Tech support. Almost 4 day without phone service. Verizon should address utility wire down as priority, not acceptable in this modern age to go with out phone for 4 days. No one responded even thought reached by RRC and JCFD. However RRC was excellent responding. Thank you so much! Anyhow ordeal resolved. Thanks again RRC for reaching out to them, you have no control over them not responding on timely manner, all you can do is reach out. I am sure you would had escalated issue, but we have the weekend . PS: Verizon tech replaced all the utility wire all the way to corner of South Street. Other end in my property, they needed access to it and to the verizon box today March 25, 2019 you reach out to them Friday.
