Can you kindly be more specific as to cars, houses and personal description of persons involved.

It’s an open air, out in the open, sell & use on the sidewalk drug market. Crack vial tops, vials and heroin baggies are all over. “Customers” shuffle up, purchase and often take mere steps before fixing and using their dope. Obvious dealers in rain or sub zero temps man the front of the vacant lot that’s listed on this issue that’s the register and checkout for this market...there is no house. As far as personal descriptions, as before, they are not hiding, the are selling IN PLAIN SITE! just look at the camera footage that supposed to be installed at the corner of Armstrong and MLK! I’m sure they are smiling directly into the lens and laughing because nothing is being done. Simply asking for the city’s assistance to shut this down, hopefully for good
