The City of Huntsville has franchise agreements with the cable companies that speak to the matters of maintaining their equipment and assets of the cable systems in good working order. In the case of the request at hand the equipment in question is a power supply that is owned and operated by Comcast. Although the power supply housing is not particularly visually pleasing to look at it, is in otherwise in good condition and we are assuming in good working order which is all that is mandated under the franchise agreement. We are closing your request as there is nothing more that we can do about this case.
