Due to the city neglecting to paint an entire corner berm a red/no parking zone (as has been requested multiple times throughout the years), the buried, clay, sewer drain pipe has been driven over and parked on so many times it’s broken in multiple places, and the asphalt berm covering it and designed to protect the drain pipe is also broken and cracked in multiple places. This drainpipe needs repaired; the asphalt berm needs repoured, and THE ENTIRE CORNER AND CURVE NEEDS TO BE PAINTED AS A RED, NO PARKING ZONE!

Location: NW corner of 75th Avenue and Hillmont Drive
