Good afternoon. A2 Fix It opens to a “home page” also called the Place page. It has the City Logo as well as links to the City website and Parking Complaint website. Along the bottom are a set of five buttons. Selecting the “+” will take you to the screen for submitting a new issue. The issue button will show you the location or list of all the newest issues. Please take a look for these and see if this will resolve the issue. If you are still having a problem, please give a reply. If possible, also a screenshot of what you are seeing. Thank you.
