writing concerning Stephens Road in Laurel between Gorman Road and Whiskey Bottom Road. The road is full of filled, partially filled, poorly filled and unfilled potholes. As a daily driver of this road, I believe it is long overdue for repaving. I would appreciate someone reviewing and addressing the situation.
