Red and white RV (no plates) and associated silver car (smashed front, no plate on front, expired plate on back), parked next to each other, have been parked on Peralta near Helen for over 4 months. Previously reported to both parking attendant and to abandoned vehicle office multiple times. Additionally, where the RV is parked is very dangerous because you cannot see oncoming traffic when turning from Helen onto Peralta.
