Beschreibung
There are hedges on the property of the NE corner of 3rd Ave. N. and 28th St. N. that are obstructing the view of oncoming traffic coming south on 28th St. If you want to make a left turn, you cannot see if there are cars coming until you are already pulling onto the northbound lane of 28th. It is hazardous.
