I am shocked someone is complaining about this. Our neighbor took the time to clean up the weeds and junk at this corner and put in new plants that look nice and will not affect visibility. She did it on every corner of the intersection and median for uniformity. If only everyone would do something fun like this in front of their house. It is great to see someone put in the effort and their own money for the good of the neighborhood.

Also, FYI, the city said you are allowed to do this in the median in front of your home.
