S. The double sided parallel parking on 10th street obstructs the view for the person entering onto the street from 5th Ave up to 8th avenue. I have seen many accidents almost happy on this street as cars cannot see scooters/cars on 10th avenue as they are entering the street from 5th avenue. A stop sign would let these vehicles be more visible and stop for traffic. A similar system to 12th street needs to be put in place on 10th street for vehicle & pedestrian safety.
