2203 Central Ave. Alameda CA. 94501, Veterans Memorial Building (Walnut St. side) white covered pipes are for Fujitsu heating and cooling systems that goes inside the dining room. Homeless people sleep under the stairwell and probably steps on those pipes. Need to put some protection to safe guard those pipes. They leave human waste near the door and the foul smell goes inside the kids and kitchen dining rooms.
