Sunrise of Decatur has recently installed some kind of generator system that emits extremely loud noise when operated. Over the last week or so they have turned it on and off sporadically, typically for an hour or so during morning (~9am). Today (Feb. 14th) the generator has been operating for most of the day and is continuing into the night. The noise produced by the generator us unbearable. I do not think I will be able to sleep tonight.
