I dont pay rent where I'm at to listen to someone else hammering at metal on and off for a couple of hours, buffing cars or whatever, or anything else for that matter. This has been week in, week out.

Next time I see someone littering ill tell them to stop doing that dirty work! If I dont get cussed out, I might wake up to find litter everywhere. Police officers are called peace officers for a reason. Asking them to do their jobs is not asking them to do someone else's dirty work.
