Its like this but worse with rats and possums. Been trash out here every weekend for over a year! Reported to the 3 differnet property managers we had over the year and nothing gets done. Its a public health/saftey hazard
IT CAN be legally viewed from the street, alley, or other public right-of-way. iT IS AT THE FRONT GATE legal public access side OFF 4th street please send a code officer on saturdays/sundays. There is trash every weekend it is a health hazard not just a code violation send a health person
