Description

There is a sidewalk on the east side of the roadway. No sidewalk on the West side of the roadway. Nowhere are there actual lights from the apartments down to the tracks (between Begerger and rail tracks). The area after 6pm very active and DARK. There are however people who cross the road between the apartments and the little strip of shops next to the Pizza Hut HQ/public Works. AT 6pm, you cant see them when whipping around WB on Oakland and passing Berger. At 30 mph, that is deadly. Can lighting be put in to that stretch so that no one gets killed.
