At 505 Elizabeth Street there are 3 dogs that stay in a lot or tied up. I was wondering if someone could do an animal welfare check on them considering the freezing temps that are coming. The black and white dog stays tied up, he’s a barker but I don’t think he’s aggressive. I just want to make sure they survive this weather. Thanks
