Some type of drain must be installed by the County to permanently fix this water drainage issue.
Until this drain is installed, the Silent Moon Run cul-de-sac will continue to freeze over and create a daily danger zone for
residents, visitors, delivery men and trash and recycle employees.
I am personally asked on an almost daily basis what is the problem with all the ice on our cul-de-sac and have been told
by the trash collection company that our cul-de-sac is the only area completely frozen each time they collect the trash
and they may not be able to continue collecting the trash on top of this frozen surface as it’s a danger to their employees.
Appreciate your assistance,
Monte Greenbaum
