Jim B. left a voicemail for Ms. Fowler on 6/18/19. The County can clean the end of the outfall in the stream and the inlet on Twin Rivers but the concrete channel that drains the parking lot is private property. That concrete channel has a lot of woody debris at the end.

Does it belong to Cross Fox, the school or the neighborhood on the other side of Cross Fox?

Dear User Marie Fowler-we can only determine if the property belongs to Howard County. You would have to research ownership beyond that. The County does not provide that sort of service to residents. Regards Jim B.
