As a resident of FRANCIS ST in N GRAFTON (OVER 50 YEARS) I would like to call attention to the INCREASED SPEEDING INCIDENTS THAT HAVE BEEN OCCURING ON A DAILY BASIS, BOTH UP AND DOWN FRANCIS ST, AT ANY GIVEN HOUR OF THE DAY (24/7/365). Even though the overall neighborhood has many Senior Citizens, we also have an ever-changing influx of younger families with children. I personally have witnessed too many close calls - especially with pedestrians and young children trying to safely use the public road. I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST INCREASED POLICE PATROLS, WHEN AVAILABLE - SPECIFICALLY DURING MORNING AND AFTERNOON SCHOOL AND COMMUTING HOURS. THANK YOU.
