  Thank you for contacting OAK311. Please be advised that OPD has changed their business process for reporting abandoned vehicles. Effectively January 1, 2019, to report an abandoned vehicle, please click here: https://www.oaklandca.gov/services/oak311 and select Parking – Abandoned Vehicle. You may also download the OAK311 mobile app, which is now available in the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android.

  If you are reporting a suspected stolen vehicle, or a vehicle is blocking your driveway and preventing you from entering or exiting, please contact the Oakland Police Non-Emergency line at 510-777-3333.

  Note that phone calls and voicemails are no longer available options for reporting abandoned vehicles.

  Parking enforcement 238-3099 This can also be submitted as abandoned since they cannot park it there more than 72 hours. If they want to keep it put in a RV storage yard after getting it registered.
