Several manhole covers on Dobbin Road going towards Oakland Mills road need to be inspected. They tend to move when vehicles drive over them

I inspected all storm drains on Dobbin Rd and found no unstable storm drain grates or lids. Some of the sewer lids are lower due to resurfacing the roadway. This can make it feel like the manhole cover is rocking.
