Thank you for reporting an issue to the City of Jersey City. An Inspector/Investigator from the Division of Environmental Health has investigated your complaint and found that Conditions exist and has issued a 1st Notice of Violation.

What is my violation? This is all cardboard. I am new to JC and rent the property. Please let me know is wrong with bulking cardboard? Thank you in advance.

I did not receive a follow up to my inquiry if Angel V’s response. These were my boxes. I put them out on Thursday evening and Recycling did not take them. I was hoping someone would have returned to pick up my boxes. Do not understand the message of a violation nor did I find any notice left behind.

Recycle was not picked up again today. This time it was bottles and cans in my blue recycle bin. I did not even bother putting out my boxes again. I now have boxes and plastic/glass and cans piling up.

Please tell me where I can personally drop these items off on a Saturday? I will take them. Recycle truck skips my street often. My neighbors recycleables were also not picked up. We have retrieved our items but this is is not sanitary. I now have wet boxes for 2 weeks to transport in my car.

i believe the commentsmade by Angle V do not pertain to the recycling i sent out an inspector and he indicated to me that you already pulled the recycling back in.
in the future please leave the recycling out so we can get a truck to collect it also please call the dpw at 201-432-4645 ext 2646 to let us know it was missed

you can bring your recycling down to the dpw m-f only 9-4 pm
