I have sewerage backing up into my basement. Not able to unclog it from the inside of the home

Neighbors and I (7-11 Fairview Ave) place our cardboard out with bins containing plastic/glass/cans and they do not take our cardboard. Wondering what we are all doing wrong? 3 weeks in a row we’ve had to pull it back on to property. We flatten and bulk it to make pick up easier and they still leave it.

There is a deep hole right before drivers approach the stop sign on Fairview Ave in front of 9 Fairview Ave. It is catching drivers off guard and they are hitting it hard. It is bound to cause serious damage to someone’s vehicle.

Recycle (cardboard and plastic) not picked up at 9 and 11 Fairview. It was all in front of 9 Fairview to make it easier.

Recycle was not picked up again at 11 Fairview Ave. I’ve brought back on to property due to winds blowing it everywhere. Not sure why my home is always skipped.

Hello. I called yesterday about missed garbage on Thurs. pickup. Dispatch was sending someone to 11 Fairview Ave but garbage is still here. My boxes (recycle) from 2 weeks ago were not taken again today either. Please send someone to get both. Thank you.
